If your initial checks are successful, Notting Hill Genesis will carry out a full credit and referencing check with Veri-check. The credit check allows us to understand your credit worthiness. If, because you provided false or misleading information, you fail the credit check and/or we cannot obtain successful references then you will lose the initial £150 deposit and Notting Hill Genesis will withdraw the offer of property.
