As per Dolphin Living's criteria, applicants must be British or EEA citizens who have indefinite leave to remain in the UK and have recourse to public funds. People from other countries must have a valid visa with also indefinite leave to remain in the country and have recourse to public funds.

The apartments are unfurnished but do offer a hob/oven fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Applicants currently living in intermediate rental (IMR) accommodation in Westminster or who have been assisted into IMR by Homes For Westminster previously are not eligible to apply for this housing opportunity unless they are overcrowded (as confirmed by their landlord) or they are in the last 6 months of their current tenancy and are unable to renew the tenancy through no fault of their own.
